Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the tracked delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items: If items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at dsjwlry@gmail.com so that we can address the issue promptly.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as customized or personalized items, and sale items.

Keep away from chlorine & keep jewelry in dry areas when not wearing.

To remove dirt or other debris, lightly dab with water and dry completely with a clean cotton towel.

Store in dry areas when not using.
